We use your Personal Information to process any transaction, inquiry or promotion that you initiate with Fitlife, and provide you with Fitlife information and advertising. We maintain a record of your product interests, purchases and whatever else might enable us to enhance and personalize your experience with Fitlife and the Site and to provide you with offers, promotions or information that We believe may be of interest to you. You will be given the opportunity to opt-out of having your email address used for commercial emails from Fitlife at the time you receive any marketing email message from us. In any case, if you wish to be removed from any such Fitlife emails, you can send an email with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org. Fitlife otherwise will not disclose your Personal Information, without notice, unless it is required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Fitlife or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Fitlife; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site, or the public.
