What is Fitlife Home Delivery?
We’re glad you asked. We now offer pre-planned home delivery in Westchase, North Tampa, St Petersburg, South Tampa, Countryside, Land O Lakes and Wesley Chapel/New Tampa. All you need to do is order online and select package options of 8-12 meals or 20-24 meals. Place your order in advance and we’ll hop to it and make sure it’s delivered right to your door between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Why don’t you deliver to my area?
Trust us, we want to. Anything to make it easier for our customers to be awesome. But before we do that, we want to be sure it works its very best. So we decided to test these specific zip codes for now! Hang in there and check back soon for more areas we’re delivering to!

Do you deliver to businesses?
We sure do as long as it’s between 1 and 5pm! Please be sure to include any specific office suites or floors to deliver to!
How are the items delivered and when?
Our forkin’ awesome (see what we did there?) delivery drivers bring your food in a super cozy, insulated cooler bag with medical grade ice packs Mondays and Thursdays. It’ll be on your doorstep between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.!
Do I need to be home to receive my meals?
Nope. Fitlife makes it super easy for you so your meals are delivered. We have a strict do not disturb policy. The last thing we want to do is disturb anyone, so please make sure to give us your gate code if you have one. This will also ensure there are no interruptions with your delivery. We do ask that as soon as you receive your cooler bag, you put it in the fridge as soon as possible. If we can’t get into an area to deliver, it will be brought back to the closest store to you for pickup. And no, we won’t hop any walls so don’t ask!
How much does delivery cost?
Each meal is individually priced and only available in one size-Medium. The delivery fee is $7.00 per order. If it’s your first time ordering with us, you have to buy a cooler bag. It’s $25.00 for the 8-12 meal package option but you get to keep it when you are finished so you can use it for whatever you want. That’s a pretty good deal right? If you’re really hungry and choose a 20-24 package option, we’ll charge you a $25.00 cooler bag fee and give you the second cooler bag half off for $12.50. And remember, you get to keep the cooler bag(s) and this is only a one-time fee.
How does delivery work?
It’s easy. You just set up an account, select the next delivery day and place your order online. Whatever you do though, don’t forget to enter any gate codes so we don’t get locked out. We’d hate for your food not to get to you. Delivery’s go down on a Monday or a Thursday. The cutoff times for each order will be Sunday at 1:00 p.m. for the Monday order, and Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. for the Thursday order. If you want us to repeat that, go back to the beginning and read it again.
Your powerfully awesome food will arrive at your house between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Don’t forget to leave your cooler bag and ice packs out each night before receiving a new delivery in order so there’s no disruption in your delivery. This existing cooler bag will be replaced with another cooler bag with made-from-scratch, jaw-dropping, fresh food and cold ice packs.
I live in a gated community with a guard-what suggestions do you have?
Just list the gate code in the comments section when you place your order so our driver can get in. As fit as they are, they cannot open your gate with their bare hands nor can they scale it without legal recourse. So if you would be so kind, also let your guard company know that you’ll be having a meal delivery overnight so there are no issues with us getting in to deliver your food.
How many items can I have delivered?
There are multiple options to choose from. You can choose anywhere from 8-12 meals or 20-24 meals which is ideal for a busy couple or two people or one incredibly hungry person! The max amount of meals that can fit in each cooler bag is 12 meals. For those customers ordering the 20-24 meals, the second cooler bag charge will be half off.
Can I just order one delivery of meals and nothing more?
Sure thing. The cooler bag fee will still apply but we’re glad to offer single orders and we will be offering a subscription-based service soon!
What are the cutoff dates and times for ordering & making changes to my order?
We’re pretty punctual around here so, sorry, no changes will be permitted after this time, since the order will be in production at our culinary center. The cutoff times for each order will be Sunday at 1:00 p.m. for the Monday order, and Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. for the Thursday order.. Again, no changes will be permitted after this time because, like we said, your food will be in the midst of being oh so carefully put together at our culinary center.
What if I want to change my order after the cut off time?
Well as much as we’d like to grant your changes, it’s impossible to do because your meals are already being put together in our culinary center. The cutoff time is for production purposes due to our culinary center production schedule.
When will my card be charged and how does payment work?
Your card will be charged as soon as you place the order and no, we don’t accept I.O.U’s.
Member meal accounts and gift cards don’t apply for delivery and there are no discount options online. If you’re using this type of payment, we’d recommend you continue to come into the store.
We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Wampum will not be accepted, funny guy.
My credit card was charged twice, what do I do?
Well for one thing, we’ll be really embarrassed and apologetic. But we’ll make it right, don’t you worry. Just call our customer service representative. We’ll need to verify that the two charges are finalized and not pending and documentation will need to be provided from the financial institution. If there are indeed two charges, we’ll refund the second charge. The refunds will take anywhere from 4-6 days depending upon your bank to go back into your account or show up as a credit on the card.
What do I do with my cooler bags?
Well, you own them so you can do whatever you please. But, in order to receive food after initial orders please make sure you leave your empty cooler bag(s) and ice packs outside of your door the night before receiving your next delivery. That way our drivers can pick up the bag and replace it with a fresh one with new, awesome food and cold ice packs. If the cooler bag isn’t left out, our customer service associate will call you to let you know another $25.00 charge will be placed on your account for the additional cooler bag. Translation: don’t forget to leave it out.
My cooler bag is broken, what do I do?
We can replace that for you at the store closest to you: (currently South Tampa, North Tampa, Countryside or St Petersburg). Just simply stop in and they will hand you a new one. Easy peasy.
What if I want to stop service, what do I do with my cooler bag?
If you stop delivery service, the cooler bag is all yours. You paid for it, after all.
What If I want to restart service after a break?
We’ll be super stoked to see you again. So if you want to restart service after a break, all you have to do is leave your previous cooler bag and ice packs outside the door the night before your next delivery to avoid another $25.00 fee.
What if I didn’t like my meal or has a concern with a dish?
We want you to be happy as much as we want our food to power you to be your best. So if you aren’t satisfied, you can go to the closest store to your delivery area (currently North Tampa, all South Tampa stores, Countryside, St Petersburg and Wesley Chapel). and we’ll take care of the meal for you! My food wasn’t delivered?
What? Please call our customer service line at 813-465-3794 to verify that this wasn’t a gate code issue. As mentioned in the terms & conditions, if a wrong gate code is provided, we’ll be unable to deliver and the cooler bag will be returned to the closest store to you. Which means you’ll have to pick it up at the store. But at least we get to see each other again!

All that good stuff that powers you to be awesome is listed when you click on each item. It’s also listed on the bottom of each meal container. Make sure the lid’s on before you turn it over to look at it ok?
Where can I find the ingredient information for your meals?
All the general ingredient information will be listed upon clicking on each item. The full ingredients will also be listed on the bottom of each meal container.
What is the shelf life on your meal items, how do I know when I cannot eat them any longer?
Our food has a shelf life of 4-6 days depending on the item. We’re all about natural, wholesome ingredients so our food has no preservatives or additives to preserve them past that date.
Can I freeze my meals?
We don’t recommend freezing them because this takes away from the freshness of our meals and will take away the gourmet taste as well.
How do I cook my meals?
Just follow the reheating instructions on the container. It will tell you exactly how long to put them in the microwave. Simply take the lid off, place it loosely on the top of the container, heat for the designated amount of time and try not to drool!
Can I heat my meals in the oven?
You can but we don’t recommend heating the meals in the oven. If you prefer to do this, please make sure to take out of the plastic container, put in an oven safe container and heat until that handy dandy specific temperature on the container is reached.
Do you use all organic ingredients?
We use organic when necessary and local as much as possible.
Are your meals free of GMO’s?
We focus on the cleanest supply chain of ingredients that are free of hormones and additives. The quality and integrity of each one of our products is of the utmost importance to us. We’re so obsessed with it that we research every ingredient, visit local farms and suppliers before deciding to purchase these items for our recipes. And the quality of suppliers from a food safety standpoint is also super important to us.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We source our ingredients from local suppliers so we can have control of our quality. We buy local when the season is right, and we choose Organic when it’s available and for products that are overly processed. Want some names? We use Bob’s Red Mill Oats, Eden Organic Beans, Muir Glen canned tomatoes, Organic Tortilla Chips, to name just a few. What’s so great is that each day more and more companies are producing non-GMO ingredients so we can take advantage of these. And here’s the great part, it allows to offer our food to you at an affordable price.
